Got a fight coming up? This is where we separate the serious from the curious. We'll build your camp around your fight date - technical work, sparring, weight cut management, mental prep. Been there, done that, got the wins to prove it works.
The sweet science. We start with footwork, head movement, proper punching mechanics. Sounds simple but there's a reason boxers are considered some of the best athletes in combat sports. You'll develop timing, distance management, and one hell of a cardio base.
Control the fight, control the outcome. We focus on takedowns, takedown defense, cage work, and ground control. If you didn't wrestle in school, this'll fill that gap. If you did, we'll sharpen those tools for MMA situations.
This is where you test everything. Controlled sparring sessions with people at your level. Coaches are always watching, keeping things safe but real. You gotta earn your way into these sessions - we need to know you've got the control and respect for your training partners.
