Mixed Martial Arts

This is where everything comes together. You'll learn striking, grappling, clinch work - the whole package. We don't do watered-down MMA here. You're gonna learn real techniques that actually work when things get messy.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

The gentle art that's anything but gentle. BJJ's like physical chess - you're constantly thinking three moves ahead. We've got separate beginner and advanced classes, so you won't be thrown to the wolves on day one. Well, maybe just a little.

Muay Thai & Kickboxing

The art of eight limbs'll humble you real quick. This isn't cardio kickboxing with pop music - we're teaching actual Thai boxing. Expect to hit pads hard, clinch til your arms burn, and leave every class drenched. It's brutal, it's beautiful, it works.

Strength Training

Strength & Conditioning

You can't fight if you can't move. This program builds the foundation - power, endurance, explosiveness. We mix Olympic lifts, kettlebells, bodyweight work, and some stuff that'll make you question our sanity. But you'll feel the difference in every other class.

Boxing Fundamentals

The sweet science. We start with footwork, head movement, proper punching mechanics. Sounds simple but there's a reason boxers are considered some of the best athletes in combat sports. You'll develop timing, distance management, and one hell of a cardio base.

Former Golden Gloves champion who really knows how to teach the basics. Danny's got patience for days and an eye for detail that's borderline obsessive.

Wrestling
All Levels

Wrestling for MMA

Control the fight, control the outcome. We focus on takedowns, takedown defense, cage work, and ground control. If you didn't wrestle in school, this'll fill that gap. If you did, we'll sharpen those tools for MMA situations.

D1 collegiate wrestler who transitioned to MMA. Ryan's drilling style is intense but it gets results fast. Expect lots of reps, lots of sweat.

Open Sparring

This is where you test everything. Controlled sparring sessions with people at your level. Coaches are always watching, keeping things safe but real. You gotta earn your way into these sessions - we need to know you've got the control and respect for your training partners.
